HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SET UP?
While the setup of the actual hot tub only takes around 20 minutes – filling with water might take up to an hour, we can fill the Hot Tub with warm or cold water but obviously warm water will help speed the process up enabling the tub to reach its optimum temperature a lot quicker. Depending on the hot tub and the outside temperature a tub filled with cold water can take 12 – 28hrs to heat.
CAN I USE AN EXTENSION?
All our spas are fitted with an internal RCD (residual current device). This is a cut-out device in the event that water comes into contact with the electrical supply to your inflatable hot tub for this reason we do not recommend using an extension lead.
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO BE PAID?
No there is no need to pay a deposit but any damage or loss to the equipment will have to be paid for.
DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING IN PREPARATION FOR THE HOT TUB?
If you can clear a space big enough for your hot tub (7ft by 7ft roughly 2 x 2 meters) on a flat surface. We also need an electric plug socket within 7m of where the Hot Tub will be used and of course a water supply if you have a hose great but we do have a backup if not.
IS USING A HOT TUB DURING COVID-19 SAFE?
The most current research indicates COVID-19 is not transmitted to humans through the use of recreational waters. All our Hot Tubs are deep cleaned after every use.
ACCESS & REQUIREMENTS
If you have a back gate or side entrance, we will require a width of 20 inches to transport the hot tub. For those who require us to access through the house we only as for standard size doorways and minimal obstructions. We cannot be held liable for any damage caused if there is less than 30iches clearance.
IS IT OK TO TURN THE HOT TUB OFF
Please do not as not only will the water get cold the filtration system will stop.
CAN THE HOT TUB GO INSIDE?
It can of course but we do not recommend it.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE HOT TUB
Things to watch out for are mud, leaves, flowers, insects, skin creams, make up, hair, body fluids. We highly recommend taking a shower before you use the hot tub.

DO YOU PUT CHEMICALS IN THE HOT TUB?
Yes! We add Chlorine granules at the installation stage, we then ask you to add a pre measured dose of chlorine every 24hrs, more information on this is available HERE under the chemicals and filter section.

CAN ANYONE HIRE A HOT TUB?
If you are over 18 and have the space, then yes.

DO I NEED TO DO ANYTHING FOR COLLECTION?
No! We will drain your Tub with our pump which should take around 20mins but please be aware the hot tub holds a lot of water.

HOW DO YOU EMPTY THE WATER?
We have a pump with a 20ft hose that we use to empty the hot tub water, our preferred way of emptying the water is into a available drain. Please let us know if you don't have a available drain within 20ft of where the hot tub will be placed and we will be happy to discuss the options with you.
