Cinemas Terms & Conditions

Cinema Hire – Terms & Conditions of Use

Insurance

Reigate Hot Tubs is fully insured and holds public liability cover.

Weather & Rescheduling

If your cinema experience cannot go ahead due to adverse weather conditions, we will happily reschedule your booking to another available date.

Equipment Use & Care

  • Full written instructions are provided for the cinema screen, projector, and speakers.
  • A brief demonstration will be given on delivery; however, for hires longer than one night, it is the hirer’s responsibility to set up and take down the equipment correctly.
  • If the cinema is kept overnight or the weather changes, the projector and speakers must be brought indoors.
  • The inflatable screen must be deflated and covered using the protective cover provided.
  • As the hirer, you are responsible for the care and safekeeping of all equipment. Any loss of, or damage to, equipment or accessories must be paid for by the hirer.
  • All equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was received.

Liability

  • Reigate Hot Tubs accepts no responsibility for damage, injury, or death resulting from misuse of the cinema or associated equipment.
  • We are not liable for any damage to your property caused by the cinema or equipment.
  • While we can advise on potential risks, most precautions are common sense. Please exercise care and prevent unauthorised access to the setup, especially by children.

Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

  • Postponements: You may postpone your booking free of charge with at least 72 hours’ notice. A credit voucher equal to your original purchase price will be issued.
  • Cancellations: If you cancel your booking, a refund will be issued minus a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Within 72 hours: Cancellations made within 72 hours of your booking will also incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Equipment Failure: If the cinema equipment stops working, we will attempt to resolve the issue promptly. If the problem cannot be fixed, you will be reimbursed for the days the cinema was unusable.

Commercial Clients – Film Licensing

Commercial venues (e.g., hotels, pubs, clubs, restaurants) may require a licence to screen films, moving pictures, or sporting events.

Reigate Hot Tubs provides equipment hire only and does not supply licences. For guidance, please refer to:
