Yes — all packages can be tailored to suit your event. You can add extras such as lighting, speakers, gazebos, hot tubs, games, or decorations. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll build the perfect setup.

Yes — full delivery, setup, and a demonstration are included with every package. For multi‑day hires, you’ll be responsible for setup and takedown after the first day unless stated otherwise.

Setup time varies depending on the package. Most experiences take between 45 minutes and 1.5 hours. Larger setups such as igloos, cinemas, or hot tubs may take slightly longer.

Most packages are designed for outdoor use. Some can be used indoors depending on space and weather conditions. Please contact us directly to discuss indoor options. Certain items — such as inflatable structures or projectors — are weather dependent, and we’ll advise you on the best setup for your space.

Some packages require one or more standard plug sockets, especially those with lighting, speakers, projectors, or inflatable structures. Extension leads are provided if needed.

Yes — many of our packages are ideal for children’s birthdays and family events. However, children must be supervised at all times, especially around electrical equipment, inflatables, and accessories.

No — equipment must not be moved after installation to ensure safety and prevent damage, unless agreed with one of our technicians.

Some packages are weather dependent. If conditions make your experience unsafe or impossible, we’re happy to reschedule your booking free of charge. If bad weather occurs during your hire, you must follow our safety instructions to protect the equipment.

Most packages are hired for weekend use. Longer hire periods are available on request.

We deliver hot tubs the day before your booking. This allows enough time for the tub to fill and heat properly so it’s ready for you to enjoy at the start of your hire.
