We offer two styles:
- Standard framed gazebos — sturdy, traditional pop‑up style.
- Inflatable gazebos — modern, stylish, and perfect for parties. These are not air‑sealed and require a fan to stay inflated. -
Each package includes the screen, projector, speakers, all required cables, written setup instructions, and protective covers for inflatable screens.

Setup usually takes between 1 and 2 hours, depending on the size of the screen you’ve hired and the layout of your space. Larger inflatable screens take a little longer to position, secure and inflate, while the 10ft non‑inflatable screen is quicker to assemble. Access to power, the distance between the equipment and the viewing area, and the general layout of your garden or venue can also affect setup time. We’ll always aim to get everything running smoothly and safely before your event starts.
-
No, the fan will not interfere with the sound. The blower used for the inflatable screens produces a steady, low hum, but the speakers are designed to comfortably overpower this without affecting your movie experience. Once the film starts playing, you won’t notice the fan at all. It runs continuously to keep the screen fully inflated, but it does not disrupt dialogue, music or sound effects.
-
The cinema is best used from dusk onwards. Projectors rely on darkness to produce a bright, clear picture, and daylight will wash out the image, making it difficult to see. For the best viewing experience, we recommend starting your film around sunset or later. If you’re planning an early evening event, you can still set everything up in advance — just begin the movie once the light has dropped.
-
Some parts of the setup can stay outside overnight, such as the inflatable screen (as long as it is deflated and covered with the protective cover provided). However, anything electrical — including the projector, speakers, cables and any accessories — must be brought indoors overnight to prevent damage from moisture, condensation or unexpected weather changes. Keeping the electrical items safe ensures they remain in good working condition for your event and avoids any charges for damage.
