We offer two styles:
- Standard framed gazebos — sturdy, traditional pop‑up style.
- Inflatable gazebos — modern, stylish, and perfect for parties. These are not air‑sealed and require a fan to stay inflated. -
No. Inflatable gazebos must have the fan running at all times to stay inflated. When the fan is switched off, the gazebo will gently deflate. This is normal and expected.
-
Your hire includes the gazebo, weights/pegs, guide ropes, protective matting (for inflatables), and a full demonstration on delivery. For hires longer than one night, you’ll be responsible for setup and takedown after the first day.
-
Most gardens are suitable. As a guide:
- Standard gazebos: approx. 3m x 3m
- Inflatable gazebos: approx. 4m x 4m
A flat, level surface is essential. -
Gazebos are weather‑dependent. If strong winds or storms are forecast, we may need to postpone your booking for safety.
If bad weather arrives during your hire, it’s your responsibility to take the gazebo down, deflate it, cover it, and secure it to prevent damage. -
Yes — we set up the gazebo on delivery and show you how to secure it properly.
For multi‑night hires, you’ll handle setup/takedown after the first day. -
Depending on the surface, we use:
- Sandbag weights
- Ground pegs
- Guide ropes
- (For larger inflatables) bolts into hard surfaces like concrete
These must *not* be removed at any time. -
No. Gazebos must stay exactly where they’re installed. Moving them can cause damage or make them unsafe.
-
Yes — as long as the surface is level and suitable for securing the gazebo. Inflatable gazebos must stay on the protective matting provided.
-
Inflatable gazebos require one standard outdoor plug socket for the fan.
Standard framed gazebos do not require power unless you’re adding lights or accessories. -
You don’t need to be home for collection as long as we have clear access through a side gate to reach the hot tub safely.
Before we arrive, please ensure:
* No personal items are left in or around the hot tub
* All equipment (lid, steps, chemicals) is placed together next to the tub
* Access is unobstructed for our team -
If the fan is switched off or loses power, the gazebo will slowly deflate. Simply switch the fan back on and it will reinflate within minutes.
If the fan stops working unexpectedly, contact us immediately. -
Yes — many customers pair gazebos with hot tubs for shelter and atmosphere. We’ll advise on the best setup to keep everything safe and well‑ventilated.
-
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or under any gazebo. A cleaning or damage charge will apply if smoking has taken place.
-
You’re responsible for the safekeeping of all equipment during your hire. Any loss or damage must be paid for by the hirer.
