Yes — someone aged 18+ must be present for both delivery and collection. This ensures:

• Safe placement of the hot tub
• A full demonstration of controls and chemical care
• Access for drainage and equipment removal

We use a 50ft professional drainage pump and will work with you to identify the most suitable outdoor area for safe drainage.
We never drain water into indoor plumbing or anywhere that could cause flooding.

Before collection, please ensure:

• The hot tub is switched off at the plug
• Clear access around the tub
• All accessories (lid, steps, chemicals) are placed together
• The water is left inside — we drain it for you

No — we take care of all cleaning, sanitising, and filter replacement.
You only need to maintain the water using the simple chemical kit provided.

We do not recommend — for safety, hot tubs should be plugged directly into an outdoor socket.

Most hot tubs take 12–24 hours to reach full temperature, depending on weather and water temperature.
In colder months, this can increase to up to 30 hours.
To ensure your tub is ready, we include a complimentary warm‑up day delivered the day before your hire begins.

To keep the water clean, safe, and enjoyable, please:

* Avoid contamination such as mud, leaves, flowers, insects, creams, makeup, hair, or body fluids
* Shower before use to maintain water quality
* Keep food and drink away from the tub

Unfortunately, we only offer outdoor hot tub hires. This is due to the large volume of water required and the need for proper ventilation to ensure safe use.

Yes — you’re welcome to request a specific delivery time. While we can’t guarantee exact slots due to route planning and setup times, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your preference.

You don’t need to be home for collection as long as we have clear access through a side gate to reach the hot tub safely.
